I loved the 1hr course with a focus on one concept. The length was perfect for my busy life, and I used the playback as I wasn't able to attend the live. Patty is a wonderful teacher, patient and thorough. The "taster" helped me focus on the one technique and not get overwhelmed with to much information. I was able to keep on task and with practice will master this technique.
